RAHEEM STERLING has moved into a stunning new £3.1million mansion as he begins life as a family man after the birth of his son.

Sterling splashed out on the luxury apartment in Cheshire just weeks before he and partner Paige Milian gave birth to new son Thiago.

The new home comes complete with its own wildlife pond and paddock, surrounded by farmland.

The quiet base is a short drive from the rented house he used after moving to City from Liverpool in 2015 for £49m.

It has five bedrooms, plus an additional guest apartment built on top of the THREE garages and has a floor area of 7,500 square feet.

The English striker has a 4-year-old daughter named Melody Rose from a previous relationship.

Even though Sterling had trouble selling his previous Birkdale mansion, he still went all out to buy the new one.

The four-bedroom house was listed for sale at £1.5 million 18 months ago, but in March last year the asking price was reduced by £300,000.

However, Sterling decided to remove it from the market as it failed to attract any interest from buyers.
