This spectacular Porsche 911 2.4 S was at the top of Porsche’s order book when it left the factory in 1972. Boasting more power than the 911 T or E versions, the S 190 code Power also quickly claims the highest top speed of the bunch, easily capable of hitting 143 mph. That’s certainly something to wish you’d get stuck in today, since back in the 1970s, those numbers compared to the 911 were on par with many muscle cars available in the United States at the time. Even better, it comes with a handsome front spoiler reminiscent of the 908/03 racing cars designed specifically for the Targa Florio and Nuremberg.

Despite the improvements Porsche has poured into the rear-wheel-drive sports car since its launch in the early 1960s, this 911 S still looks extremely similar to the first 2.0-liter cars, and therefore still retaining the clean lines of design that later defined the 911. iconп to this day. Take a look to the side and you’ll notice a very nice eyebrow leather interior that looks like it came from the factory.
