The report adds that Ronaldo is expected to complete the large villa by 2024.

It is rumored to cost tens of millions of pounds.

A separate villa on the island covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has 6 bedrooms, a private beach and a showroom for 7 cars.

The hotel also boasts a swimming pool overlooking Dubai and staff accommodation.

Jumeirah Bay Island is better known as “Billionaires Island” and is home to Dubai’s super-rich.

Its nickname comes from the island’s number of billionaires per square kilometer, more than any other location in the United Arab Emirates.

The gated community includes fine dining restaurants, yacht clubs and beach resorts facing the ocean.

Opened in 2017, there are 10 large villas on the island, which are expected to sell for a total of £430 million upon completion.

According to Khaleej Times, real estate prices on the artificial island have skyrocketed since the pandemic.

Just last April, a 24,500 square foot sand lot was sold for a record £27m, surpassing the previous biggest sale of £19.5m.
