Luis Suarez’s job in Miami could be successful before 2024.

On Wednesday, El Pais reported that the deal to re-sign the Gremio striker with former Barca teammates Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba and Sergio Busqets in MLS will be completed in December.

Suarez, 36, admitted that the MLS team signed his Porto Alegre-based club midway through the year. According to the latest report, emails were exchanged between Miami Discs and Gremio Discs regarding a one-year contract with Suarez with an extension option.

Suarez is expected to go to Miami in December to discuss contract details with the club.

Meanwhile, The Heroes released star striker – Josef Martinez – to make room for Suarez on the roster.
